What do I use to draw (never mind I was having a brain freeze)

Never mind I found it, I knew it was there just suddenly could not remember.

hello I have a quick question for anyone.

I have a PC with Windows XP on it. Do I have a program that I can use to doodle something? I just felt like goofing off and was wondering if there was a program that I could use to do that. I have photo editing stuff but I just want to create something on a blank page not on a photo.

There is a program called 'Paintt' listed under the Accessories folder in Windows XP. There is also a free Open Source program called Inkscape that has great drawing capabilities but it may take too long for you to download as it is 33 megabytes. Happy drawing!

thanks tim, I found 'paint'. You are probably right about Inkscape taking too long for me to download especially with my dial-up.

I was doodling but not really trying to make anything specific. but it did fill some time.

I was also going to suggest Paint. Good doodles!!

No I do not think that I have done anything new since what I have shown you. I did repair the one that had broken. I have taken some pictures of all those pieces, and am slowly working to edit them for posting. I have let the frustration of being unemployed and the gloom of the frequent rainy days drag my mood down. Yesterday I made myself actually start working on editing photos in an attempt to fall deeper in my rut.

Now that the weather is nicer, try getting outside. It isn't as good as a job, but it does lift my mood. Too many gloomy days drag me down, too.

Maybe it's time to try something new. Whenever I get in a rut, I try to come up with at least one thing I haven't done before. Take a look at some of the jewelry listed on Esty and see if you can do something better. Try to think of a way to use natural materials and/or recycled materials.
