several hour to get a few good pics

The other night I spent almost 10 hours working on trying to get some good pictures of some beaded jewelry that I had made several years ago. I had a lot of trouble with the lighting and with focus. I want to get some really good pictures, so that the actual detail of the beads and the stitching can be seen. My camera, actually two different ones, just do not seem to get the shots that I really want, so I guess these will have to work for now. I made these and many more items over 10 years ago when I was in my beading craft phase. It is one of my favorite phases in my past craft history. Now that I am unemployed I have been considering doing beaded jewelry again and to try and sell it on Etsy. ( I discovered Etsy thru some of the voxers in my neighborhood that sell items on Etsy). I am still in the considering stage. I have been playing with my vast collection of beads trying to get the feel for it again, and to try and create new items.

I have been doing a lot of, um, research, LOL on beads recently, by looking at a variety of sites from online catalogs to Etsy stores. I am getting pretty excited about possibly doing something with my beads again. I am still not sure about selling anything because I have noticed there are a lot of rules to worry about. Lead laws in California is one that I noticed but have not totally researched yet. This kind of thing especially worries me because many of my current supply of jewelry are over 10 years old and I am not sure what all the parts are made of anymore. Oh well I am having fun making things and that is all I am worried about right now.
